About the role
We are seeking a Member of Technical Staff to lead legal research initiatives for a global software development leader. The role is fully remote and focuses on analyzing complex legal frameworks, building technical solutions, and ensuring product compliance with evolving regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Research and interpret laws, regulations, and case law to inform product decisions.
- Develop technical frameworks and tools to automate legal research processes.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate legal insights into product design.
- Evaluate emerging legal trends and assess their impact on technology solutions.
- Draft technical documentation and guidelines for legal compliance in product development.
Required profile
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree or equivalent legal education.
- Proficiency in legal research methodologies and tools.
- Experience with regulatory analysis and compliance frameworks.
- Ability to translate legal concepts into technical requirements.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
