Middle Fullstack Engineer – B2B Healthcare Marketplace

About the role

A company building products for healthcare and life sciences procurement is looking for a Fullstack Engineer who enjoys building end-to-end features, takes ownership of code quality and production performance, learns quickly, collaborates well and wants to grow toward a senior role.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain buyer-facing and seller-facing web applications with marketplace features such as product search, catalogs, quotations, ordering and supplier onboarding.
• Build internal tools and dashboards to automate operational workflows.
• Develop RESTful APIs and microservices with ASP.NET Core (C#), design database schemas, optimise SQL queries and troubleshoot performance issues.
• Integrate external partners and internal services, including KYC and compliance checks.
• Ensure quality through unit and integration testing, code reviews and deployment via CI/CD pipelines on AWS using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Monitor released features, troubleshoot production issues and work with product managers and designers on requirements and estimates.

Required profile

• 2-4 years of professional software development experience, frontend and backend.
• Good English for reading documentation and discussing technical topics with the team.

Required skills

• Solid experience with React and TypeScript, hands-on with Next.js.
• REST APIs with ASP.NET Core (C#).
• Relational databases (PostgreSQL or SQL Server): schema design, joins, indexes and query basics.
• Git, Unix/Linux CLI and CI/CD workflows.
• Nice to have: AWS, Docker or Kubernetes; microservices, message queues (RabbitMQ, Kafka, SQS) or Redis; Redux Toolkit, Zustand, TanStack Query; Jest, React Testing Library, xUnit/NUnit or Playwright; e-commerce, B2B marketplace or healthcare/pharma background.
