Middle Management Soft Skills Trainer

About the role

Management Centre Europe (MCE) is seeking a full‑time Middle Management Soft Skills Trainer to join its Kenya office. You will design and deliver engaging soft‑skill programmes for middle‑level managers, helping them strengthen leadership, communication and conflict‑resolution capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Assess development needs in partnership with organisational leadership.
• Design, develop and deliver training modules on leadership, communication, team development and conflict resolution.
• Facilitate interactive workshops and on‑site sessions for middle‑management audiences.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
• Support professional growth of individuals and teams through coaching and follow‑up activities.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience designing and facilitating soft‑skill programmes for middle management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Organizational Development, Human Resources or a related field; relevant certification is a plus.
• Proven ability to customise content to meet specific organisational needs.
• Strong organisational and curriculum‑development capabilities.
• Willingness to travel as required for on‑site training.

• Proficiency with digital learning tools and LMS platforms (advantageous).
