Midtail Associate – Drive Brand Partnerships

About the role

The Midtail Associate will act as a key external representative for Jumia, building strong relationships with C‑level executives and account managers of top brands and distributors. You will collaborate closely with senior leadership to grow sales and enhance Jumia’s market position.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain long‑lasting relationships with C‑level executives and account managers of top brands and distributors.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to drive sales growth and maximize revenue across your portfolio.
• Lead acquisition of high‑potential brands and large distributors to enrich the assortment.
• Promote and sell Jumia’s advertising and visibility services to partners.
• Collaborate with marketing and commercial planning teams to create tailored promotional campaigns.
• Analyze sales performance and market data to identify growth opportunities.
• Negotiate win‑win agreements and long‑term partnerships ensuring mutual profitability.
• Coordinate with internal teams (merchandising, operations, logistics) to ensure flawless execution and customer satisfaction.
