About the role

As a Model Behavior Monitor you will provide human oversight for automated decision‑making tools used by executive teams. Working fully remote, you will observe how models interpret instructions and ensure their outputs remain aligned with corporate governance and ethical standards.

Key responsibilities

• Review and categorize model outputs to verify compliance with specific governance rules.
• Document instances where model behavior creates operational friction or conflicts with established decision‑rights.
• Analyze model responses to complex business scenarios involving works councils or multi‑layered leadership structures.
• Produce clear, factual reports that describe unexpected model actions without emotional language.
• Track model performance over time to identify patterns of drift from client objectives.
• Support senior consultants by preparing evidence‑backed summaries for executive reviews.
• Maintain organized records of model interactions and flag potential biases affecting succession or restructuring processes.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and precision when reviewing long scripts or textual data.
• Excellent written communication skills, able to summarize complex observations in plain English.
• Interest in large‑organization structures and decision‑making logic.
• Current enrollment in or completion of a university degree in business, law, philosophy, or a related field.
• Comfort with fully remote work and written‑only communication.
• Preference for evidence‑backed conclusions over intuition.
• Ability to follow strict data‑collection and reporting protocols independently.
