About the role

We are looking for a reliable Motorbike Delivery Rider to join our team in Nairobi. The role involves picking up and delivering orders promptly while representing the company with professionalism.

Key responsibilities

• Pick up and deliver orders accurately and within required timelines.
• Verify delivery details before dispatch and obtain proof of delivery when required.
• Plan efficient routes, using knowledge of Nairobi roads and traffic patterns.
• Interact courteously with customers and handle deliveries with care.
• Perform daily inspections and basic maintenance of the assigned motorbike.
• Follow all traffic laws, wear protective gear, and comply with company policies.
• Maintain accurate delivery records and report any incidents promptly.

Required profile

• Minimum of 2 years experience as a motorbike delivery rider.
• Valid motorcycle riding license with a clean record.
• Strong knowledge of Nairobi routes and navigation skills.
• Professional, responsible, punctual and able to work independently.

Required skills

• Valid motorcycle riding license.
• Basic motorcycle maintenance knowledge.
