Nursing Services Manager (Senior)

About the role

Healthpact Hospital Isiolo is seeking a senior‑level Nursing Services Manager to lead its nursing department. Reporting directly to the General Manager, the role will shape nursing delivery across wards, maternity, outpatient and theatre units in a fast‑growing level‑4 SHA accredited facility serving over 4,000 patients each month.

Key responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership and direction to the nursing team, ensuring effective and efficient delivery of nursing services across all departments (wards, maternity, outpatient, theatre, etc.).
• Develop, implement and continuously update nursing policies, standard operating procedures and clinical guidelines in line with regulatory and quality standards.
• Lead initiatives to improve nursing quality indicators, patient satisfaction, clinical outcomes and infection prevention and control.

Required profile

• Senior‑level professional with at least 84 months (7 years) of experience in nursing management.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary nursing teams in a hospital setting.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and quality improvement processes.
