On‑Boarding Manager

About the role

RAY AI is seeking an experienced On‑Boarding Manager to ensure a seamless, high‑impact onboarding experience for both Executive Assistants and clients. You will act as mentor, advocate, and trusted advisor, helping new assistants deliver exceptional service from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Lead daily alignment sessions with new Executive Assistants and clients, setting clear expectations and facilitating rapid adaptation to client workflows, tools, and communication styles.
• Provide first‑line support for early‑stage partnership challenges, keep clients updated on progress, and adjust onboarding strategies based on feedback.
• Deliver tailored coaching and training to Executive Assistants, building confidence and ensuring consistent performance standards.
• Track EA engagement and performance trends, produce data‑informed feedback, and manage the transition from onboarding to long‑term support.
• Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve onboarding programs, update SOPs, and maintain integration resources.

Required profile

• At least five years managing operational teams in BPO/service industries, with experience working with international stakeholders, especially from the US.
• Proven expertise in coaching, mentoring, and developing talent, with exceptional written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently in a remote‑first environment.
• Integrity, professionalism, and the ability to inspire as a role model.
