Online Lead Generator – Digital Marketing & Google Ads Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a results‑driven Online Lead Generator to lead our digital marketing and Google Ads efforts, helping EduLink attract prospective students across Africa.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage end‑to‑end digital marketing campaigns across free and paid search, social media and display networks to drive student enrollment.
• Design, optimise and monitor conversion funnels to capture, qualify and nurture high‑intent leads for the recruitment team.
• Create culturally resonant content for social platforms and oversee the brand’s online presence.
• Analyse performance metrics (ROI, CPA, CPL) and produce regular reports to improve campaign efficiency.
• Implement SEO strategies and optimise website experience to increase organic traffic and inbound inquiries.

Required profile

• Mid‑level professional with at least 5 years of experience in digital marketing, lead generation and performance‑based advertising.
• Demonstrated success in generating high‑quality leads for education or similar sectors.
