About the role

Join Crimson Global Academy as an online teacher delivering the Junior High Intro to Languages course. You will lead live, real‑time classes for motivated students worldwide, fostering a love of languages, communication, and world cultures.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging live lessons tailored to a diverse, international group of junior‑high students.
• Utilise a variety of teaching strategies and digital tools to create an interactive online classroom.
• Assess student progress, provide targeted feedback, and adapt instruction for strong learning outcomes.
• Design and communicate clear course schedules, lesson content, and assessment timelines.
• Set meaningful homework, create and administer tests, and give constructive feedback.
• Develop high‑quality educational materials for the CGA resource library.
• Manage the online classroom on Canvas, keeping assignments and assessments well‑organized.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of teaching experience in a middle/junior‑high (Grades 6‑8) school setting.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Languages, Linguistics, or a related field.
• Exceptional communication skills for interaction with students, parents, and the CGA team.
• Familiarity with online teaching platforms and a passion for technology‑enabled education.
• Knowledge of a US middle‑school curriculum and age‑appropriate teaching approaches.
• Preferred: recognized teaching qualification (e.g., postgraduate certificate, teaching license) and prior online teaching experience.
