On‑site Service Provider – Handyman & Trades (Nairobi)

About the role

We are looking for reliable on‑site Service Providers to join SYNP Technologies Limited in Nairobi County. In this full‑time position you will respond to customer requests, travel to their locations and deliver a range of handyman and trade services.

Key responsibilities

• Accept jobs through the company app, travel to customer sites and perform tasks such as repairs, installations and routine maintenance.
• Assess service needs, provide accurate time and cost estimates, follow safety procedures and ensure work meets high quality standards.
• Update job status in the platform, communicate progress with customers and the support team, and collect feedback after each service.

Required profile

• Proven practical experience in general repairs, electrical, plumbing, carpentry or similar trades.
• Strong customer‑service attitude, clear communication and ability to work independently on a full‑time schedule, including weekends or evenings.
• Basic digital literacy – comfortable using a smartphone, navigation tools and the company app to manage jobs.
