Operations Manager - Field Operations & Credit Management

About the role

Oya Microcredit Limited is hiring a full-time Operations Manager who reports to the Head of Operations. The role suits someone deeply experienced in field operations, credit management and team leadership, who can deliver results in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment while balancing field execution with overall business management.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or a related field
• Minimum 3 years' experience in a senior operations or field management role, preferably in microfinance/microcredit, retail or SME banking, or telecommunications sales and distribution
• Proven experience managing large, field-based teams across multiple locations
• Demonstrated success in portfolio growth and debt recovery
• Kenyan nationality
