About the role

As an Operations Manager you will lead a high‑performing pod of Executive Partners within Athena’s Nairobi Hub. You will ensure every member relationship delivers on Athena’s promise of expanded capacity, sharper execution, and more meaningful lives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a pod of Executive Partners to maintain best‑in‑class service.
• Design and execute operational processes that support founders, investors, public figures, and high‑impact leaders.
• Collaborate with regional Hub teams to deepen member engagement and accelerate career growth.
• Oversee onboarding, performance metrics, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with Athena’s standards and cultural values.
