Outgrower Program Manager

About the role

Green Earth Group is scaling execution of nature‑based projects and needs an experienced operator to build and run a high‑impact outgrower system. You will turn project designs into field reality, working directly with smallholder farmers and field teams across multiple regions.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable outgrower/smallholder program structures, including farmer onboarding, registration, and engagement.
• Organise farmers into clusters, cooperatives or lead‑farmer networks and manage field teams such as extension officers, agronomists and local partners.
• Monitor farmer performance, participation and retention, identifying and mitigating delivery risks early.
• Ensure consistent implementation of agricultural and land‑use practices and maintain operational consistency across geographies.

Required profile

• Proven experience building or managing large‑scale outgrower or contract‑farming schemes (ideally 1,000+ farmers).
• Hands‑on field experience with strong operational mindset and ability to work independently in fast‑moving, complex environments.
• Demonstrated leadership in managing and scaling field teams and stakeholder relationships.
