Part-time Indonesian Language Teacher – Tana Toraja

About the role

Ruangguru is looking for a part‑time Indonesian language teacher to join its Akademia program in Tana Toraja. You will deliver engaging lessons to students across different educational levels and support their learning journey through coaching and personalized guidance.

Key responsibilities

• Teach Indonesian language classes directly to students of various grades.
• Provide coaching sessions and act as a buddy and role model for fellow Master Teachers.
• Collaborate with Student Advisors to consult with students and parents, recommending suitable learning pathways and ensuring continued enrollment.
• Run Homework Clinics to help students overcome academic challenges.
• Participate in trial classes and share best practices with regional teams.
• Meet the minimum number of scheduled teaching and trial sessions.
• Maintain strong relationships with branch staff and other stakeholders to ensure smooth class operations.
• Develop learning materials and assignments that align with the curriculum and enhance student outcomes.

Required profile

• Completed a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Experience teaching very young learners is a plus.
• Proactive attitude with a willingness to try new teaching methods.
• Willingness to teach at the selected Ruangguru English Academy branch in Tana Toraja.
