Part‑time PhD Peer Reviewer – Management

About the role

This is a long‑term, stable part‑time position that allows you to work remotely while contributing to the quality of scholarly publications in the field of Management. You will be invited to review manuscripts submitted to academic journals and provide constructive feedback to authors.

Key responsibilities

• Assess the novelty and originality of each manuscript.
• Evaluate study design, methodology, and reproducibility.
• Check that the literature review is comprehensive and up‑to‑date.
• Analyse results and conclusions for clarity, relevance, and scientific soundness.
• Provide clear, concise, and constructive written feedback.
• Recommend acceptance, revision, or rejection to the journal editor.

Required profile

• Doctorate (PhD) or equivalent advanced degree in Management or a related discipline.
• At least five peer‑reviewed papers published in SCI/SSCI journals within the past three years.
• Strong analytical, critical‑thinking, and written communication skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage time effectively.
• Commitment to confidentiality, objectivity, and ethical standards.
• Prior experience as a peer reviewer is highly desirable.

Required skills

• Familiarity with online manuscript submission and review systems.
