We are seeking a Patient Coordinator – Receptionist to manage the front‑desk operations of our medical office in New York. The role involves handling patient information, insurance claims, payments, and scheduling while ensuring a smooth daily workflow for both patients and staff.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and check‑in patients, manage the front‑desk phone system.
• Process patient information, insurance claims, and payments accurately.
• Maintain and update the office database and patient records.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate patient calendars.
• Prepare and type medical reports and transcribe clinical notes.
• Generate routine reports as required by the office.
• Manage office supplies and coordinate with medical staff.
• Handle patient inquiries and provide timely assistance.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle confidential patient information.
• Fluent in English; Spanish proficiency is a strong plus.
