P&C Design and Change Management Specialist

About the role

The P&C Design and Change Management Specialist ensures that People & Culture transformation initiatives – including Workday enhancements, process redesigns and digital rollouts – are truly adopted across the IRC’s global workforce. The role owns the people‑readiness side of change, assessing impact, readiness and risks before go‑live and supporting adoption afterward.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute structured change management plans for P&C initiatives using ADKAR, Prosci or similar methodologies.
• Conduct stakeholder impact assessments, develop engagement and communication plans, and manage resistance.
• Establish readiness checkpoints and track adoption metrics, recommending interventions where needed.
• Partner with the Training & Learning Delivery Specialist to align change findings with training design.
• Document change approaches, lessons learned and conduct post‑implementation reviews.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in change management or HR transformation projects.
• Proven experience delivering structured change management on P&C technology or business transformations.
• Solid working knowledge of Workday from an end‑user or project perspective (advantage).
• Change‑management certification such as Prosci or CCMP (advantage).
• Experience working in a complex, matrixed organization.
