Peer Review Consultant for REDSS Solutions Landscape Assessment

About the role

The Regional Durable Solutions Secretariat (ReDSS) seeks an experienced consultant to provide a peer review of its Kenya Solutions Landscape Assessment. The consultancy will support ReDSS in ensuring the assessment’s methodology, data quality and recommendations meet high humanitarian standards and effectively inform durable solutions policy.

Key responsibilities

• Review the assessment’s methodology, data sources, analysis and findings.
• Provide constructive feedback and actionable recommendations to improve the report.
• Assist ReDSS staff in incorporating peer‑review comments into the final document.
• Ensure alignment of the assessment with regional durable‑solutions frameworks and evidence‑based policy guidance.
• Contribute to capacity‑building activities for ReDSS partners as needed.

Required profile

• Proven experience in humanitarian or development programme/project management, preferably in forced‑displacement contexts.
• Familiarity with East African displacement dynamics and durable‑solutions strategies.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct rigorous research, analysis and peer review.
• Strong written communication skills and ability to work independently.
