About the role
We are seeking a People Operations Advisor to join our Nairobi team. You will be the first point of contact for HR queries and support the full employee lifecycle, ensuring a great employee experience.
Key responsibilities
- Provide HR guidance via case management, chat, phone and face‑to‑face interactions.
- Manage hire‑to‑retire processes, compliance activities and documentation.
- Deliver on‑site People Operations support at events, town halls and career fairs.
- Maintain employee records, payroll coordination and data integrity in Workday.
- Identify and implement continuous‑improvement initiatives across HR processes.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field (preferred).
- At least 2 years of experience in HR, People Operations or shared services.
- Strong customer service, communication and relationship‑building skills.
- Detail‑oriented, well‑organized and able to manage multiple priorities.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Experience with Workday or another HCM system (advantage).
