About the role

The Performance Marketing and Media Specialist will drive measurable marketing performance by planning, executing, optimizing, and analysing integrated media campaigns across digital and traditional channels. This role links campaign strategy with performance, ensuring media spend aligns with client objectives and delivers maximum reach, engagement, conversions, and ROI.

Key responsibilities

• Develop integrated media strategies aligned with client goals, conduct audience and market research, and support proposal development.
• Plan, launch, monitor, and manage campaigns on digital and traditional advertising platforms, coordinating with internal teams and external partners.
• Continuously monitor campaign performance, analyse results, and implement optimisation activities to improve effectiveness and ROI.
• Collect, analyse, and interpret performance data to produce dashboards, reports, and actionable insights for clients and internal stakeholders.
• Manage campaign budgets, ensure adherence to approved timelines, and provide strategic recommendations to enhance marketing effectiveness.
