Personal Trainer at SATS Fitness Centers

About the role

SATS Norway is looking for enthusiastic personal trainers to join its network of gyms across the country. You will work directly with members to design and deliver customized fitness and nutrition programs that help them achieve lasting lifestyle changes.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to identify members' goals, fitness levels, and health needs.
• Create individualized training and nutrition plans that are realistic, motivating, and results‑driven.
• Deliver one‑on‑one coaching sessions, monitor progress, and adjust programs as needed.
• Contribute to a high‑energy gym environment by collaborating with colleagues to maintain exceptional service standards.
• Develop and grow your own client portfolio through proactive sales and relationship building.

Required profile

• Minimum one year of accredited personal trainer education (60 ECTS or equivalent) or a related degree such as sports science, physiotherapy, psychology/coaching.
• Ability to work 80‑100 hours per month delivering personal training services.
• Strong interpersonal skills, confidence in client interaction, and a positive, inclusive attitude.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently, and comfortable following company procedures.

Required skills

• Knowledge of exercise physiology and program design.
• Understanding of basic nutrition principles.
• Ability to conduct client assessments and tailor programs accordingly.
