Phone Sales Agent – Restock (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Phone Sales Agent to join our Restock team. You will contact existing customers whose product supplies are running low and help them reorder at the right moment, ensuring a seamless experience.

Key responsibilities

• Call, text, and email customers with low inventory and secure reorders.
• Follow a daily queue of reorder opportunities using a defined cadence.
• Review each customer’s purchase history before contacting them to personalize the conversation.
• Recommend appropriate products and quantities based on the customer’s routine.
• Introduce complementary items to increase order value.
• Maintain persistent, professional follow‑up across phone, SMS, and email.
• Build rapport so customers look forward to future interactions.
• Record all interactions and sales activity accurately in the CRM.
• Achieve or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.

Required profile

• Strong work ethic and self‑motivation.
• Comfort with manual dialing and reaching out to leads.
• Excellent communication skills via phone, email, and text.
• Ability to work independently and handle rejection resiliently.
• Positive attitude and passion for sales.
• Prior phone‑sales or telemarketing experience is a plus but not required.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Experience using Zoom for daily team meetings.
• Manual dialing capability.
• Reliable high‑speed internet connection (50+ Mbps).
• Use of a noise‑cancelling headset and a functional webcam.
