Plant Cluster Finance Manager – VisMin

About the role

Universal Robina Corporation is seeking a Plant Cluster Finance Manager for its VisMin operations. The role will lead financial, cost and compliance controls across multiple manufacturing plants, warehouses and distribution centres, ensuring cost optimisation and efficient month‑end closing.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction to achieve Finance OKRs and KPIs.
• Partner with multi‑site plant leaders on high‑level decision‑making and financial strategies.
• Ensure integrity and accuracy of the accounting system (S/4 HANA) and related reporting dashboards.
• Act as subject‑matter expert on product costing and review accounting records for completeness.
• Review analysis and reconciliations performed by direct reports.
• Prepare periodic financial statements and management reports.
• Maintain confidentiality of plant financial records and ensure compliance with finance and tax regulations.
• Drive efficiency in month‑end closing and reporting across all plants.
• Lead Plant Finance Analysts and Production Controllers, aligning deliverables and overall direction.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) qualification.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar finance role.
• Background in food manufacturing.
• Strong proficiency in product costing, financial statement preparation, bookkeeping and SAP.
