Plant Cluster Finance Manager (VisMin)

About the role

Universal Robina Corporation is seeking a Plant Cluster Finance Manager for its VisMin cluster. You will lead financial planning, cost control, and compliance across multiple manufacturing sites, ensuring optimal financial performance and strategic alignment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction to achieve Finance OKRs and KPIs.
• Partner with multi‑site plant leaders on financial strategy and high‑level decision making.
• Maintain integrity and accuracy of the accounting system (e.g., S/4 HANA) and related reporting dashboards.
• Act as subject‑matter expert on product costing and cost analysis.
• Review accounting records, reconciliations, and analyses prepared by direct reports.
• Prepare periodic financial statements and management reports.
• Ensure confidentiality of plant financial records and compliance with tax and regulatory requirements.
• Drive efficient month‑end closing and reporting across all plants.
• Lead Plant Finance Analysts and Production Controllers, aligning deliverables with overall finance objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) qualification.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in finance roles within food manufacturing.
• Proven track record in product costing, financial statement preparation, and bookkeeping.
• Strong knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems.
