Plant Operator – Grain Processing

About the role

Agrocorp Processing Ltd. is looking for a dependable, safety‑focused Plant Operator to join its grain‑processing team. You will be responsible for the safe receipt, handling, and shipment of agricultural products while ensuring quality and accurate record‑keeping.

Key responsibilities

• Review daily delivery, receiving, processing, and loading plans.
• Load and unload trucks and railcars safely and efficiently.
• Collect product samples, perform quality checks, and document results.
• Prepare, print, and enter scale tickets and maintain inventory records.
• Perform plant and product changeovers as required.
• Follow cleaning, housekeeping, and safety schedules.
• Identify and report equipment deficiencies or mechanical concerns.
• Assist with routine inspections, preventative maintenance, and basic equipment upkeep.
• Operate skid steers, manlifts, and telehandlers/zoom booms when trained and authorized.
