Platform Engineer – .NET (IOH Team)

About the role

Cigna Healthcare is looking for a Platform Engineer to join the International Organisations Health (IOH) Platform Team. You will help build and evolve shared platforms, services, and tooling that enable product teams to deliver reliably and at scale.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain shared platforms, services, and tooling used by multiple IOH product teams.
• Partner with product and delivery teams to translate operational challenges into reusable platform capabilities.
• Own platform components end‑to‑end, including architecture, development, testing, deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
• Support on‑premises Windows Server infrastructure while contributing to hybrid and cloud‑based solutions.
• Apply DevOps and GitOps principles to improve automation, reliability, and consistency.
• Build and mature CI/CD proof‑of‑concepts into standardized solutions.
• Define and promote technical standards, patterns, and best practices.
• Participate actively in the SAFe Agile Release Train, contributing to PI planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
