Portfolio Account Specialist, Oncology

About the role

The Portfolio Account Specialist – Oncology will drive competitive sales growth by identifying and prioritising high‑potential customers, including healthcare professionals and key stakeholders. You will build trusted relationships, deliver value‑based conversations, and ensure patients receive the right treatment at the right time.

Key responsibilities

• Identify high‑potential customers through data analysis and insight generation.
• Develop and execute dynamic territory, account and customer interaction plans aligned with business priorities.
• Engage HCPs and stakeholders in value‑based conversations, both in person and virtually.
• Gather deep customer insights, translate feedback into actionable plans, and share insights with internal teams.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design compliant solutions that address unmet customer and patient needs.
• Uphold Novartis Code of Ethics, report adverse events, and manage distribution of marketing samples as required.

Required profile

• Commercially astute account management professional with experience in complex healthcare systems.
• Confident in engaging healthcare professionals and building long‑term relationships.
• Ability to use insights to deliver value for customers and patients.
