Powder Spraying Workshop Supervisor

About the role

The Powder Spraying Workshop Supervisor leads the daily operations of a detergent powder production line, ensuring that production targets, quality standards, and safety regulations are consistently met.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise the powder spraying workshop, coordinating with planning, warehouse, maintenance, and quality teams.
• Monitor spray drying, slurry preparation, tower operation, powder conveying, and post‑blending processes.
• Ensure product quality by tracking slurry concentration, tower temperature, moisture content, bulk density, and particle size.
• Manage equipment inspections, preventive maintenance, and corrective actions.
• Enforce HSE policies, conduct safety inspections, and promote a safety culture.
• Lead and train operators, technicians, and assistants, handling shift staffing and performance feedback.
• Control raw material consumption, record production output, and support inventory audits.
• Drive continuous improvement through Lean Manufacturing, TPM, 5S, KPI analysis, and new technology implementation.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Chemistry, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in detergent powder manufacturing.
