Process Excellence Operations Lead

About the role

The Process Excellence Operations Lead focuses on improving operational processes across warehousing, inventory management, procurement and logistics. You will use data‑driven insights to enhance efficiency, reduce costs and support overall business performance.

Key responsibilities

• Review and map existing workflows, identify gaps and lead structured improvement initiatives to simplify processes and reduce cycle times.
• Develop and implement scalable SOPs, playbooks and control checklists that can be applied across locations and markets.
• Gather, analyse and visualise operational data, maintain dashboards tracking key performance indicators and provide data‑backed recommendations.
• Strengthen operational controls such as inventory reconciliation and stock handovers, and ensure compliance with audit requirements.
• Coordinate cross‑functional implementation of improvements with operations, finance and technical teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Project Management, Business Administration, Data Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 4–6 years of experience in operations, supply chain, logistics, consulting or process improvement.
• Strong problem‑solving ability and experience with process mapping and cross‑functional stakeholder engagement.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Experience with data visualisation platforms and AI‑enabled analytical tools.
• Working knowledge of ERP or other supply‑chain operational systems.
• Familiarity with project‑management methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall.
