Product Operations & Business Analysis Assistant

About the role

Dotcash is seeking a versatile Product Operations & Business Analysis Assistant to support its business team. You will work on market research, proposal development, visual content creation, and project coordination within the fintech and digital payments space.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market research on fintech, digital lending, payments and technology trends.
• Monitor competitor activity, regulatory updates and industry developments.
• Analyse findings and produce structured reports for decision‑making.
• Assist in drafting business and project proposals, reports, presentations and other documentation.
• Create visual assets, presentations, posters and simple landing pages using AI‑powered design tools.
• Ensure all visual outputs follow company branding standards.
• Track project timelines, deliverables and progress updates.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to support project execution.
• Support management of small projects, workgroups or outsourced service providers as needed.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in product operations, business analysis, marketing, project coordination or a related field.
• Strong understanding of fintech, payments, digital lending or technology industries.
• Excellent analytical, written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience preparing business proposals, reports, product documentation or presentations.
• Basic project management and coordination abilities.
