Product Support Consultant – Global Water Solutions

About the role

SupportYourApp is looking for a Product Support Consultant to join its global team delivering intelligent support‑as‑a‑service for water‑related SaaS products. You will work remotely, interacting with customers in English and helping them navigate the purchase journey, troubleshoot technical issues, and stay informed about product updates.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality customer support via email and phone.
• Assist customers with product inquiries and guide them through the buying process.
• Stay current on product changes and communicate updates to users.
• Troubleshoot technical problems and collaborate with developers and cross‑functional teams.
• Maintain KPI targets and ensure a deep understanding of client solutions.

Required profile

• Fluent English (C1 level) – both written and spoken.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer support or technical assistance.
• Strong verbal communication and analytical thinking.
• Detail‑oriented, proactive, and responsible attitude.
• Reliable PC with at least 8 GB RAM and stable internet (≥50 Mbps download, ≥40 Mbps upload).
