Production Supervisor – Multi‑Department (Plastics, Metal & Wood)

About the role

The company is seeking a Production Supervisor to manage daily operations across its plastics, metal and wood manufacturing lines. You will ensure production targets are met while maintaining safety, quality and efficient workflow.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all three departments (plastic, metal, wood) and coordinate activities to meet output goals.
• Allocate tasks using job cards, monitor workflow and resolve bottlenecks.
• Conduct quality checks at each production stage, including verification of correct installation, cleanliness, and final coating standards.
• Maintain accurate daily production logs, track wastage, efficiency and downtime.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and proper use of machinery and tools.
• Supervise packaging, verify product weight, labeling and overall presentation before shipment.

Required profile

• Proven experience supervising production or manufacturing teams.
• Ability to manage multi‑departmental operations and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail for quality control and documentation.
