About the role

Join Jumba Ruins Monsoon, a laid‑back beach restaurant on the Kenyan coast, as a full‑time professional waitress. You will be the face of the dining experience, ensuring every guest enjoys the fresh seafood and excellent service the venue is known for.

Key responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service from greeting to farewell.
• Take orders accurately and serve food and beverages promptly.
• Maintain a clean and organized service area throughout the shift.
• Assist with basic food preparation and presentation when needed.
• Address guest inquiries and resolve concerns courteously and efficiently.

Required profile

• Strong customer service and communication abilities.
• Experience in food & beverage or food service roles.
• Basic cooking skills are a plus.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Positive attitude and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Previous hospitality experience preferred.
