Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly, respond promptly to requests and inquiries.
• Accurately take and relay food and beverage orders to kitchen and bar teams.
• Serve meals and drinks efficiently while ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, service stations, and equipment.
• Present menu options confidently, provide recommendations and promote specials.
• Prepare guest bills and process payments accurately.
• Assist with restaurant opening and closing procedures.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Address guest concerns professionally and escalate when necessary.

Required profile

• Diploma in Hospitality Management, Food and Beverage Service, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a busy high‑end restaurant environment.
• Professional appearance, strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer‑focused mindset with flexibility to work shifts.
