Project Manager

About the role

CBX Solutions is seeking a Project Manager to lead customer‑based projects across its aluminum and specialty product divisions. The role involves planning, implementing, and tracking projects while ensuring alignment with stakeholder expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Define project scope and objectives, confirming technical feasibility.
• Deliver projects on time, within scope and budget.
• Develop detailed project plans and monitor progress.
• Manage changes to scope, schedule, and costs using verification techniques.
• Report and escalate incidents to management as needed.
• Maintain relationships with internal teams, customers, vendors, and third‑party partners.
• Delegate tasks to appropriate resources and ensure quality control.
• Coordinate and attend site meetings, perform routine inspections for quality, safety, and compliance.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation and close‑out activities.

Required profile

• Associate’s degree or equivalent industry experience (preferred).
• Valid US driver’s license.
• 1–3 years of experience in construction, aluminum storefront, or related divisions.

Required skills

• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Adobe Professional.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Outlook.
• Experience with web‑based applications.
