Project Manager

About the role

The Project Manager will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of strategic technology projects for ABNO Softwares International. This role requires a results‑driven leader who can coordinate cross‑functional teams, ensure projects are completed on time and within budget, and align outcomes with the company’s objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in line with business goals.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.
• Lead project kick‑off meetings and communicate expectations clearly.
• Manage day‑to‑day project activities, monitor milestones, and mitigate risks.
• Provide regular updates, reports, and presentations to senior management and stakeholders.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate project teams, assign tasks, and resolve conflicts.
• Ensure adherence to organizational policies, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
• Identify process‑improvement opportunities and support business development initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, IT or a related field.
• Professional certification such as PMP, PRINCE2 or Agile/Scrum Master (highly desirable).
• At least 4 years of experience delivering complex technology or ERP projects.
• Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Proven analytical and problem‑solving skills.
