Project Manager – Multi‑Country Donor‑Funded Health Project

About the role
InSupply Health is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the day‑to‑day delivery of a donor‑funded, multi‑country health project starting January 2027. The role sits in the Project Management Unit and translates contracts and results frameworks into actionable work plans, budgets and schedules.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain integrated work plans, schedules, budgets and resource plans across seven country teams and five consortium partners.
- Coordinate daily execution of project workstreams, lead regular delivery meetings and ensure timely resolution of dependencies.
- Monitor financial performance, burn‑rate and resource utilisation, supporting forecasts and budget re‑phasing.
- Maintain risk, issue and compliance registers, driving corrective actions and ensuring donor and organisational requirements are met.
- Serve as the operational focal point for client, partner and stakeholder coordination, preparing agendas, progress updates and action logs.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Project Management or related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 7 years of progressive experience managing complex, multi‑country, multi‑partner projects in global health or development.
- At least 3 years of direct responsibility for integrated work plans, budgets, schedules and stakeholder reporting.
- Proven experience leading matrixed teams where authority and line‑management differ.
Required skills
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification (or equivalent).
- Proficiency with digital project management and collaboration tools.
- Advanced use of spreadsheet and reporting software for budgeting and variance analysis.
