Project Manager – SDLC & Agile Scrum

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead software development initiatives using Agile Scrum and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). You will work closely with senior leaders and cross‑functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with high quality.

Key responsibilities

• Align sponsors and stakeholders on objectives, scope, milestones, timelines, and expected outcomes.
• Facilitate stakeholder identification, engagement, and communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Guide and coach project teams in Agile Scrum and SDLC best practices.
• Develop, maintain, and monitor detailed project plans, including tasks, dependencies, owners, and deadlines.
• Coordinate project activities, track progress, and ensure accountability across teams.
• Lead project meetings, drive alignment, and facilitate decision‑making among cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Communicate project status, risks, issues, and key decisions to leadership and stakeholders.
• Manage RAID logs, remove blockers, and escalate issues when necessary.
• Utilize collaboration and project‑management tools to support planning, communication, and execution.
• Support continuous‑improvement initiatives and other project‑related activities as assigned.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in project management, preferably in an Agile Scrum environment.
• Strong understanding of the SDLC and project delivery methodologies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders at all levels and work with senior leaders.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities.
