About the role

The Project Operations Lead will manage a project pod from start to finish, ensuring high‑quality delivery and client satisfaction. You will coordinate the team, monitor progress, and ensure timely reporting.

Key responsibilities

Brief the team on project objectives and deliverables.
Quality‑assure the first tasks completed by associates.
Track accuracy metrics for each associate.
Report daily performance results to the client.
