About the role
The Project Operations Lead will manage a project pod from start to finish, ensuring high‑quality delivery and client satisfaction. You will coordinate the team, monitor progress, and ensure timely reporting.
Key responsibilities
- Brief the team on project objectives and deliverables.
- Quality‑assure the first tasks completed by associates.
- Track accuracy metrics for each associate.
- Report daily performance results to the client.
