Project Support Assistant – Turkana Water Infrastructure

About the role
The Project Support Assistant will contribute to the successful implementation of the Turkana Water Infrastructure Improvement Project (TWIIP). The role focuses on preparing and submitting a range of monthly reports and maintaining documentation that meets UN‑Habitat and donor requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and submit monthly administrative, operational, financial, procurement, and asset‑management reports for the Kakuma project.
- Maintain coordination outputs and logistics support records.
- Manage SharePoint‑based quality‑assurance and compliance repositories.
- Update procurement and vendor‑tracking matrices.
- Produce financial reconciliation documents.
- Maintain inventory and asset‑tracking databases.
Required profile
- Experience in preparing administrative, operational, financial, procurement, and asset‑management documentation.
- Familiarity with UN‑Habitat or donor reporting standards.
- Strong organizational skills to handle multiple reporting streams.
