Psychologist (PhD or completed residency) – Remote Contractor

About the role

GramianGramian Consultancy is seeking bilingual psychology and psychiatry experts to evaluate and improve AI systems that generate psychological and mental‑health content. The position is remote and contract‑based, focusing on clinical accuracy, ethical quality, cultural sensitivity, and linguistic appropriateness of AI‑generated material.

Key responsibilities

• Review AI‑generated case studies, therapeutic dialogues, assessments, and research scenarios for factual, clinical, ethical, and cultural issues.
• Provide clear written feedback and expert recommendations to enhance model quality.
• Assist in developing and curating datasets used for AI training and evaluation.
• Identify potential bias, harmful assumptions, or inappropriate psychological guidance in model outputs.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and contribute to documentation and quality guidelines.

Required profile

• Completed PhD in Psychology or MD with a completed Psychiatry residency.
• Native proficiency in at least one of the listed languages (e.g., French, Mandarin, Russian, etc.) and advanced professional proficiency in English.
• Experience in clinical practice, psychological research, psychiatry, or higher‑education teaching.
• Strong analytical, detail‑oriented review skills and ability to explain complex mental‑health concepts in writing.
• Awareness of ethical and cultural considerations in mental‑health content.
