About the role

Join TELUS Digital’s AI Community as a Psychology Expert. You will use your knowledge of human behavior and mental health to evaluate AI‑generated content, ensuring it is safe, helpful, and responsible.

Key responsibilities

Safety Reviews – assess flagged content for compliance with safety guidelines.
Behavior Analysis – monitor AI interactions for bias or unfair treatment.
Risk Reporting – identify gray‑area responses and recommend safer alternatives.
Mental Health Awareness – ensure AI handles sensitive topics with appropriate care.

Required profile

Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Counseling or a related field.
Native‑level proficiency in your primary language and basic English (B1) for reading guidelines.
Strong empathy and logical reasoning to spot risks that others may miss.
