About the role
We are seeking a detail‑oriented QA Engineer to support payroll and benefits platforms used by U.S.‑based organisations. The role focuses on validating calculations, enrollments, eligibility rules, contributions and overall system functionality to ensure accuracy, compliance and reliability.
Key responsibilities
- Validate payroll and benefits calculations, enrollments and eligibility rules.
- Check employee and employer contributions, retirement plan matches and other benefit components.
- Review system functionality and ensure compliance with U.S. payroll and benefits regulations.
Required profile
- 3+ years experience in the PEO industry.
- 2+ years experience supporting U.S. payroll.
- Strong background in benefits administration, including group benefits and retirement plans.
Required skills
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Experience with Jira and Azure DevOps.
- Exposure to test automation and AI tools for testing/productivity.
