Quality Inspector – Pre‑Shipment Inspection

About the role

Medline is seeking a diligent Quality Inspector to lead pre‑shipment inspections for medical device products. The role ensures that every shipment meets Medline’s quality standards and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare inspection procedures and documentation according to Medline’s schedule and request.
• Conduct thorough product inspections, record results, and submit detailed inspection reports promptly.
• Provide clear evidence and information to corporate QA and stakeholders on the same day of inspection.
• Identify quality risks, suggest corrective actions, and communicate findings to supervisors or managers.
• Offer constructive feedback to divisional QA/PM to improve inspection processes.
• Complete required administrative documents (expenses, performance reviews) in a timely manner.
• Adapt to work‑arrangement changes and travel frequently as needed.
• Perform additional tasks assigned by supervisors or managers.

Required profile

• College degree or higher.
• Minimum 1 year of quality control experience; medical‑device experience is a plus.
• Strong communication skills, team spirit, attention to detail, and honesty.
• Eagerness to learn new knowledge and self‑directed learning abilities.
• Flexibility to travel frequently.
