About the role
The Quantity Survey Assistant III will support the preparation of bills of quantities, cost estimates and tender documents for construction projects in Nakuru. This entry‑level position requires on‑site work and close collaboration with the project team.
Key responsibilities
- Square dimensions and abstract data for preparation of bills of quantities.
- Prepare specifications for construction works.
- Assist in the preparation of payment certificates.
Required profile
- Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Building/Civil Engineering or a related field from a recognized institution.
- Relevant qualification equivalent to the diploma.
