Real Estate Sales Executive

About the role

Brites Management Services is hiring Real Estate Sales Executives in Nairobi. The role covers property sales, client relations, lead generation and follow-up, property marketing, negotiations and reporting. The position is full time.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue prospective buyers through sales and marketing channels, conduct viewings and guide clients through the sales process.
• Build relationships with clients, understand their needs and recommend suitable properties within their budget.
• Generate leads through networking, referrals and digital platforms, follow them up and keep accurate records of leads and client interactions.
• Promote available properties on social media and online, prepare accurate property information and take part in exhibitions and open days.
• Negotiate within approved pricing and company guidelines, coordinate with internal teams and complete documentation.
• Monitor market trends and competitors, report on the sales pipeline and performance, and give feedback on market opportunities.

Required profile

• Degree or diploma in Real Estate, Marketing, Communications or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in real estate sales or a related sales environment.
• Proven experience in sales, client relationship management and lead follow-up.
• Good knowledge of the Nairobi real estate market is an added advantage.

Required skills

• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital communication platforms.
