Land Sales Representative

About the role

Brites Management Services is hiring a full-time Land Sales Representative in Ruiru (Kamakisis) in the real estate and property development sector. The role covers business development, prospecting land buyers and closing sales, with a stated salary of KShs 15,000 plus commissions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify new markets, customer segments and opportunities, and build relationships with property agents, SACCOs, corporates, employers, diaspora networks and investment groups.
• Research competing developments and pricing, and look for bulk and corporate land sales opportunities.
• Prospect and qualify land buyers, respond to leads from social media, the website, WhatsApp and walk-ins, and present plots, prices, payment plans and title documents.
• Hold sales calls, virtual presentations and property tours, negotiate within company guidelines and convert leads into bookings and sales.
• Maintain CRM records, follow up on deposits and documentation, and keep former customers engaged for referrals.
• Report daily sales activity, weekly pipeline and conversion reports, track leads and appointments, and share market feedback and competitor intelligence.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, Sales or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in sales, business development, real estate, banking, insurance, FMCG or a similar customer-facing industry.
• Proven ability to meet sales targets.
• Good knowledge of the Nairobi and surrounding property markets is an advantage.

Required skills

• Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
• Advantage: experience with CRM systems, WhatsApp Business and digital sales platforms.
