Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Associate (Remote – Kenya)

About the role

Audit Revenue is seeking a proactive Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Associate to join its remote team based in Kenya. You will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and qualifying top talent for French and European clients, ensuring a smooth candidate experience from first contact to placement.

Key responsibilities

• Source and engage candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, databases, and outbound outreach.
• Conduct cold outreach to prospective candidates and manage initial contact.
• Screen and qualify candidates against role requirements.
• Present opportunities, manage candidate engagement, and coordinate the recruitment process.
• Maintain pipelines, follow‑ups, and CRM data to ensure efficient tracking.

Required profile

• Background in recruitment combined with experience in SDR/BDR or business development.
• Strong cold‑calling abilities.
• Excellent spoken and written English; French fluency is a strong advantage.
• Experience with CRM and pipeline management.
